Abstract
Purpose: This case report describes the fitting of a hyperopic, astigmatic, presbyopic patient with RGP-multifocal contact lenses.
Material and Methods: An initial contact lens fitting was performed. During the fitting, multifocal contact lenses with different optical principles were used.
Results: All visual requirements of the Patient could be realised with an extra wide depth of focus based contact lens design.
Conclusion: The individual requirements of the patient could be achieved in the best possible way by considering different optical contact lens concepts.
